Do I go down the AI route? Help needed!

I am setting up my own consultancy in 2025, the first of its kind, and was told by an advisor on my board that I should offer a customised AI agent to the highest paying clients in my sector to give them 24/7 support. But now I am thinking, would it be easier to simply create an AI tool to do the work then completely and I charge a rolling subscription fee? While I love this idea and 2025 is the YEAR for AI as I'm being told, I am wary that I am launching my business in May (with a soft launch in February to test and begin trading) and that creating an AI agent using ChatGPT will take 3-5 months. I also have 0 connections in this space and don't have money to offer right now, only equity (I thought 15% for the person that makes this, which is a huge ROI given our £4 million company valuation). But which route should I go down, an AI tool to support our consulting or an AI tool on its own? Also, where do I go to find AI help for a low cost? Thanks!
