Startup idea

Hey, I am pretty to this start up culture, but I was thinking of starting one,I was thinking of saas, where we will optimize your cloud resouces, as we know there are many microservices running at all companies, but some microservices rarely get request to process, but still we need to spend lot of resources on it. So O was thinking a building a community from where each service will buy a resource for how much time they needed, else very lof minimum resource will be provided. Is it good one ?
