Start now? I will not promote

I’m at the beginning of my startup journey and torn between two approaches: 1. Start with any idea, even if it’s a copy of something existing, just to gain experience, learn the ropes, and build momentum. 2. Wait until I have the perfect idea, along with the right skills, capital, and network to maximize my chances of success. What do you think is the better approach?
