Private labeling question

Hi everyone, I recently registered a company for my business in the produce industry, but I just found out that the name I chose is already trademarked. My plan was to import fruits from Peru and have them packed in boxes with my own private label branding. Since I can’t legally use the company name for branding, I’m wondering: • Can I create a new private brand that isn’t trademarked and use that on the packaging? • Is it okay to include a note on the packaging saying the brand is “owned by” my company, even though the company name is trademarked by someone else? I’m asking because if I were to change my company name, it would be a huge hassle—informing all my vendors and customers, updating all my licensing, and changing my bank accounts. Looking for any advice or insights from people who have dealt with similar situations!
