Potential partner not replying for more than 12 days after showing an enthusiasm for partnership

I have been bootstrapping since day one 1 and it is has been incredibly difficult financially. After thousands of reach out, we had couple of meetings with a potential partner and we agreed on couple of things. It has been 12 days and it is been a radio silence. I am not sure if this not a good sign, I am trying to be positive, but I have to be prepared in case there is a shift may happen. I have other plans in my mind, but as first time founder, it is incredibly difficult since I am still learning. I followed up with a brief Christmas wishes and following up for the next necessary steps yet no response. I want to save my time, I am not sure if this is a sign they playing games with us or shift their interest. I am in the limbo because of the financial constraint and only left with options considering demanding job to fund the necessary steps for our product. I didnot take any time of this year and I am so tired, exhausted. I would appreciate fellow founders sharing their experience.
