Need legal advise and guidance for my startup

I’ve been developing my startup for the past few years and now that I’m close on bringing a technical co founder on board and incorporating a Delaware C Corp. I need help figuring out all the legal stuff so I don’t get f*d along the road with any loophole etc. Need help creating contracts, vesting periods, SAFE for the people I’m bringing on board co founder, future employees and VCs/angels, IP protection and things that I might not be aware of.
