Need advice on how to get my startup going.

Hello guys, as said in the title, For the past coupe of months I 've been working on a demo of my product. The whole app specializes in blockchain-based solutions (It has nothing to do with crypto or any of that stuff), It’s designed to address data storage and management, with potential clients in industries like fintech and healthcare. The demo is nearly finished, but now I’m not sure what to do next. Should I focus on refining the app further? Start looking for partnerships? I feel like I should really get this started but I’m not sure how to approach it or what the best first steps are.
