Looking to figure out how to partner with bank for account integration (I will not promote)

Hey, I am working on a project which will hold money from users and disperse them through check, Venmo, etc. I am trying to figure out how I even begin to work with a bank that would partner with me that would have allow me to programmatically work with them. Any thoughts?
