It is cybersecurity a problem for small companies? I will not promote

So I’m creating a company about cybersecurity. The thing is this, most of the companies I contact, (Spain) does not even care about it even tho we are the 5th country with more cyberattacks. When I explain them that they can loose all their data they said that they have a vpn or antivirus free from internet. Even some of the companies attacked they said, well…they already attacked us so there is no change they will do it again. I honestly don’t know how to transmit this to my clients and I’m thinking about doing some marketing on another region ( UK, Germany etc…) What do you guys think?
