How to get first customers to interview? [I will not promote]

I'm trying to build a wellness & self-improvement tool for high-achievers and I've been trying to get folks (other than friends & family) to talk to me about there burning needs with little success. On reddit, I'm mostly ignored. What techniques or strategies have you found most effective for finding & interviewing your first customers?
