How to find business cofounder?

So I’ve been developing this app for 6 months now, and it’s getting close to launch. I lack business skills but I am technically sound as I’ve built web and mobile application from conception to launch in a professional work environment from start ups to F500. My issue now is finding another founder who can be as invested as I am but also compliment my skills. Where could I search? Also what are some key things I should look out for and consider when vetting? Edit: Thanks everyone for the interest but I’m looking for someone local and in person.
