Equity for attorney?

Hi, I'll keep it short and sweet. We are going to bring on a chief legal officer for our AI startup. She will still be working as a lawyer at her firm. How much equity should we give the chief legal officer? She is asking for 1-2% + significantly reduced hourly rate to be our attorney. Is that reasonable? I have no benchmark here. Thanks.
