Curious: Video Content Strategy?
Hey everyone, I'm looking to make a call out to any folks who is building something aimed at developers and a technical audience. I’ve been thinking a lot about how developer-focused companies educate their audience, and I wanted to ask: **are explainer videos something you’re considering for your product?** I fee like explaining how your product solves a problem is half the battle. Docs like tutorials, concepts and walkthroughs are great (already proven), but for some, a clear, engaging video can bridge the gap between “I kind of get it” to “I need this now.” That said, creating effective explainer videos isn’t easy. Common pain points include: \- Struggling to distill complex ideas into concise, relatable content. \- Balancing technical accuracy with storytelling to keep the audience engaged. \- Not having the resources or time to produce polished, professional videos. From our experience, investing in explainer videos has had a huge impact. We've seen a 40% increase in developer sign-ups within two months of launching theirs, while another drastically reduced their support tickets after releasing a bunch of written and visual content. I work closely with teams to create content that resonates with developers, and explainer videos have been a game-changer for many of our clients. They simplify complex concepts, show real-world use cases, and help build trust. Are explainer videos something you’d like to explore, or do you feel there are better ways to educate your audience? I’d love to hear your feedback, experiences, and challenges! Thanks in advance!1
