Cofounder wants to use company funding for O1 Visa I will not promote

Cofounder wants to use company money for Visa I'm not sure what the process is so just looking for insights. My cofounder wants to use part of the funding that we received to sponsor his O1 visa. It will take a few tens of thousands of dollars. I'm a US citizen and not in the same boat. It doesn't feel fair to me giving a large chunk of our company funding to him while I don't get anything. Is it fair to take the same amount for myself as a bonus? Or is it fair to make him use his own personal funds? We have a 50/50 split.
