Workcation in Gangtok

I am thinking of doing a workcation in Gangtok, Sikkim in last 10-12 days of this December. My job requires constant access to internet. So I am just wondering if Gangtok faces any power cuts. If yes, then how frequent? Moreover, how is connectivity of Airtel network in Gangtok?
