Need some fellow Redditor’s to join and celebrate 31st evening

Hey, I’m 24M, I came to gangtok 2 days back, wanted to go to rooftop or any other pub or cafe to celebrate new year eves. Anybody like to join. Every year I go to one new place(last year in Mussoorie, before that in manali) and meet some new people to celebrate 31st night. Hope at least one or two people would join.
