Need a guy who can fix computers.

Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a bind and need to find a reliable computer technician in Gangtok. My PC is acting up and I need someone who can come over and diagnose/fix the issue. If you know anyone who's skilled and available, please let me know. Time is of the essence here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
