Virtual Assistant for Marketing (Including SEO)

Has anyone used a VA to do the marketing, including SEO work? I'd like to start with one of the guides and get the basics down before doing more advanced stuff like outbound emails and Instagram posting. Any recommendations would be very helpful, thanks!
