SEO audit & tracking stack - recommendation please

I’m working on a website re-design project for a local university. We’re consolidating multiple program landing pages into a single authoritative page per program. The goal is to improve SEO, streamline the student journey, and ensure search engines prioritize the right pages. I'm looking for an SEO tool that will help me 1. Perform an initial SEO audit to benchmark current rankings, traffic, and page performance 2. Track keyword performance and visibility after we retire and redirect old pages 3. Monitor site health (404 errors, redirect chains, broken links, etc.). 4. Measure long-term success—which means ongoing reporting and tracking of SEO impact over time. I have ScreamingFrog SEO and ran a full audit connected to GA4, Search Console and Insights. I have a list of 320 URLs I would like to watch. Most are silo-ed under /programs, but there are many others under different departments and such. **What’s your go-to SEO audit & tracking stack?** Free or Paid works for me - thanks!!!
