Selling SEO vs Building Your Own Websites

Hi all, I got a question. I currently build my own websites and rent them out. I've been doing this for years. It gets kind of boring staring at a screen all day and not interacting with people. I quite like the idea of starting an agency, but I'm not quite sure if I want the hassle of it all. What do you prefer and why?
