redditers, i need your help!

so i have been doing SEO for my company for over 5 months now, the agency looked very well established to me and they said results will start being visible in 4-6 months, so i never checked upon it, now i was looking into it and almost all of my keywords are still unranked, is this normal? also here is the latest update: \* 232 backlinks from 31 different Referring Domains \* Referring IP is 42 \* The domain authority and page authority are now 3 and 16 \* Toxic back-links don’t exist. \* 32 New Backlink Indexed in this Week. \* 6 New Referring Domains found in this week. \* 7 New Referring Ips found. i am bit lost in this, my niche is bottled water in the UAE PS: we started with low competing key words because they said thats the best way to start, but still all keywords are un ranked. can someone guide me on this? forever helpful
