Huge traffic from Brazil. How do I prevent this?

Most of my sites traffic comes from 1. Brazil, 2. USA and 3. Turkey. I want less of brazil and turkey, more of USA. What can I do? Another competitive site that serves exactly the same purpose as mine, gets a lot more traffic from the USA (the site also gets a lot more traffic though, idk if those correlate) My site is deployed in american servers, I have tried to further optimize the SEO for US audience, added HREFLANG tags, but I don't know how much is in my own control.
