Do SEO pros do any of the courses out there to help upskill? If so, which ones?

I'm an experienced SEO but am currently trying to level up what I do - specifically with link building, improving technical SEO skillset (which is kinda basic if I'm honest) and staying on top of current best practices/algorithm changes etc. Do any experienced SEO pros use courses from sites like Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Semrush etc and if so which ones? Are they worth doing?
