Premium hotels in Ranchi for 2 nights

My friend from the US is visiting Ranchi in February, and I’d like to host him in a good hotel. I checked the prices at the Radisson, but at around 21k for two nights, it’s out of my budget. Can you suggest from your experience any decent 4-star or 3-star hotels in the city that cost less than 12k for two nights? Thank you!
