Some small business ideas for creative homemakers

I wanted to ask some people here , about what are some ideas you would give to a homemaker backed by an adult daughter( monetary, technology and generational typish support providing daughter) who is unable to decide on what to do, but is hellbound to do smth to earn. She is talented in many ways , some of them being beautician,baking, cooking, sewing etc. But there are some problems, we are temporarily in ranchi, no fridge( to store cooked/baked food), no vehicle, no licence for selling cooked food like fssai, no male helper to deliver food at low costs, no parlours for out of practice beauticians, low wage for sewing. Please suggest some good ideas. I have been thinking of starting a home mess but that would mean advertising. I don't know where and how to find customers. Next problem would be a delivery system which would end up being costlier than the actual meal's profit itself as 1 mess meal is around 120 rs at max and the profit would be 60 but the delivery system as researched by me online was around 40 rs. I need help. Also I have my own job of 9 to 5. So I can't always be available for help. I need her to learn things fast and good. So something easy and not so complicated will be extremely appreciated .
