Should I Build a House in Ranchi or Wait and Sell Later?

Hi everyone, I bought a piece of land in Ranchi a year ago, and now I’m unsure about what to do next. Should I build a house and settle down here, or wait a few years and sell the property if I decide to move elsewhere? Ranchi is peaceful and growing steadily, but I’m not sure if it’s the right place for me long-term. At the same time, I’m wondering if property values here might increase enough to make waiting worthwhile. What do you think? Is it better to build now or hold onto the land as an investment?
