I am planning to start a momo shop in Ranchi. There are certain things I’m planning to do differently but need your feedback from your experience what you expect from a good momo shop. Context on things I’m planning to do differently: - Hygiene. - My family from Nepal using their own recipe. - Substantial stuffing (especially in non veg). - Mutton momo option. - Nepalese traditional for an authentic feel. - Economical.
