Places to explore in Ranchi

My friend from the U.S. is visiting next week, and we have two days to explore the city. I want to take him to a few waterfalls or any other sightseeing. Could you recommend any waterfalls that are good to visit in February? Also, since I don’t have a vehicle, does Uber operate in the outskirts of the city? I’d appreciate any recommendations based on your experience. Thank you!
