Airport Parking Fee

Can someone tell me how the car parking is charged at the Ranchi airport? Sometimes I pay only 30, other time 40 and today they charged me 75 for 20 minutes. Every time I visit the parking fee changes. Even if you go for just a pick-up or drop-off you cannot come out within just 10 minutes . Their exist are always occupied.
