Help Needed Urgent

URGENT HELP NEEDED Help needed Hello everyone I need some help . My sister purchased an iPhone from softittech.in . The next day she received an email from the seller with the track Id. When she checked the track Id on ecom site it was some old track Id which showed delivered. Since then we have been contacting the seller on his WhatsApp number . He initially said he will refund the amount as order has been cancelled but now he isn’t responding and keeps on changing his number. The seller is from Azad Nagar Bhilwara Rajasthan Can anyone here help me in anyway or suggest what should we do in this case ?
