Punjab Trip with College Friends

Hello everyone, I (20f) am planning to visit Punjab with my friends (22f) and (21M) in sometime between the end of January, 2025 to Feb, 2025 from Delhi. But the issue is we've never travelled together any where before except for going to short distance places in Delhi. So I really some guidance of you all here regarding following questions: 1. Which places should we visit in Punjab? (The core question.) 2. What all things to keep in mind while travelling to Punjab? 3. Is Jan to Feb a good time visit Punjab? 4. Any authentic packages which will fall under our budget? Our budget is Rs. 18,000 and Max. it will be Rs. 24,000. I would love to have guidance on how to plan our trip also as we are planning it for the first time. 🙊🥺
