Future of Punjab

Hey guys, Considering the situation going on with the deportation of Indians from USA, and the slow decline of the "IELTS" economy in Punjab, what do you think is the right direction for our state to head in? What sectors should we focus on? What development would you ideally want to see from the private sector? I am a real estate developer and am actively looking for suggestions from everyone in terms of what they would like to see in their towns/cities. Looking to expand beyond the generic "Upscale marketplace/ Townships" want to give back something to the community that actually adds value.
