VIPS/ vips crypto/ vinod khute scam (He operated from pune initially)

Can someone tell me what happened to him? There's no update on the Internet recently. Did you guys get your money back. Is he arrested? I had invested a couple of lakhs because my bestfriend had opened an office of his affiliate business. Now the friend doesnt even reply if i ask accountability. I missed all the news n info as i wasnt in india when this scam got caught by the police. I came to know about this in march 2024. Should i file an fir?
