Tattoo in Pune??

Hi, please suggest some places where I can get a tattoo done, one that's hopefully not too expensive. It'll be very tiny, about as big as a fingernail at max, so if you're also aware of the pricing, please do share that as well. Idk much about tattoos yet but I've seen most get smudged over time, I'd like to avoid that in case it depends on the artist. So that too. Thanks :)
