Hi all, Whenever there is an accident on the road involving a 4 wheeler, why do public nearby start throwing stones at the car and many a times laughing? See the videos which get circulated on Social Media Seeing this behaviour getting very common these days specially in Pune. There are cases when there is no fault of the 4 wheeler driver but still they get beaten by the public nearby.
