Really need some dating advice folks! 🙏🏻

So, I am 24M - have a good professional career going on. Born and brought up in Pune. But have been a big LOSER when it comes to dating - never really took dating seriously or gave a consistent try towards it, despite a lot of male+ female friends complimenting me and pushing me to try out! It was mostly because of - fear, low self-confidence, bust schedules, family emergencies, etc. I wasted many golden opportunities that I had! 🥲 Would really appreciate any inputs from you all on what all I should do! I ain’t a complete noob, having followed my friends’ dating lives but anything from your own experience would be helpful! 🙌 Am ready to join events, do photoshoots, etc! Please help your fellow homie in improving his dating life! 🫶
