I met with an accident today

I was going to the office, out of nowhere this guy came on his sports bike from left, with no indicator, no helmet, collided into me. I was going straight I couldn't even see the guy because it was like a T, I had no where else to go on the road lol. I travel everyday but this is the first time this happened with me. At the end, it was okay, people helped us, we both talked it out, but the guy wasn't ready to accept it was his fault. Can't do anything about it really.
