HSC re-exam for medical reasons? Please help me out if anyone knows anything

Please help me out with this if someone knows, I'm panicking right now. I think I have chickenpox. I have all the symptoms, going to show a doctor today. I'm in 12th arts without maths HSC maharashtra board studying at a junior college in Pune. I have two exams remaining. Economics on 1st March and psychology on 5th March. What happens if I miss both of them? Will I have to repeat a year or can I appear for compartment? It'll cause problems with my future, right? For college applications, etc.? What should I do? I feel helpless I've worked hard all year, studying as much as I could. To lose it all due to an uncontrollable factor is making me very sad.
