Witnessed the auto rickshaw scam

Well I won't call it witnessing a scam since no one actually got scammed. But I've been seeing all those posts about how the meter of the auto 🛺 is ment to have a single decimal point and how the bill goes through the roofs when the second point there at the end. My observation , I was travelling in auto booked on uber today. Noticed that the meter has two decimal points. Since it was uber I had nothing to do with the meter but I was amused by how fast it was turning the numbers. 1. The second point stops blinking when the rickshaw is neutral or is at hault while the first stays there. 2.auto driver will be keeping an eye on you so that you are not taking any picture of the meter.
