Why so much censorship ??

Yesterday in Pune Mirror, there were four news items which were censored - 1. Apparently, both Jio & Airtel have put their cell towers & not paid the taxes on it. More than half the cell towers are unauthorized but no action taken. 2. Pune needs 21 TMC of water but our ministers busy playing political games. Even when opposition asking about status of water supply, silence. 3. The rise of chain snatchings. Just a few days before, there was news of how close to 4k chain snatchings have happened (mostly with elderly & traditional women, in sarees). I.e. more than 10 chain snatchings a day last year & police haven't investigated even half. Cops recruitment has been closed for almost a decade now. 4. Fake water scam, both in news Yesterday as well today. 5. Last but not least, the whole industrial sheds & illegal construction, both residential as well as industrial. Ironically, all of them have got all the required licenses & whatnot. Can anyone shed light on above. Also, why such censorship happening ??
