Where to donate toddler clothes n toys?

I have quite a bunch of clothes n toys of my toddler that I wish donate. There are also a couple of neighbours who wish to give away their kids old stuff. Any idea where we can donate these? All the stuff is for new borns n upto 2 years of age.
