Where to buy used car?

Hello fellow Punekars, I am planning to buy an used car (sub 3L). Where do you guys look if you want to buy one? I am anyway looking at Spinny and cars24. I want to know if there are any good local dealers, I am not going blindly trust anyone but want to know where can I get good deals.
