Want to open a Benne, Bombay style cafe in Pune. Need to validate the concept, also need a partner who’s interested

As the title says, benne is a south indian darshini style cafe in bandra that has recently opened and is winning peoples heart, hailing from bengaluru i myself want to start something similar here in pune! The place will be about serving Bengaluru style Benne Dosas, idlis and medu vadas also a few secret dishes i don’t wanna reveal here much! I want to validate my idea so punekars if you see this and feel like commenting something abt it please feel free to, also need someone who is passionate about opening and running a food business or even a mentor doing something similar in Pune who can guide and help me
