To those who are looking at their phone while driving/riding

Obviously you're not a problem at all. Anyone who expects your undivided attention while driving is the problem. I am interested in understanding what drove you to take that call or write that message while driving. Do you also blame bad roads? Do you blame traffic? Do you blame your boss? Do you blame your employees? Because obviously you don't blame yourself.
