Restaurants/malls/places for pets on new years’

I have a big dog who I want to take somewhere special for new years, but he’s a little on the older side and I don’t want him to run or climb on uneven surfaces and whatnot so are there any restaurants or malls we could go to on new years, pls lmk and thank you
