Reporting Garbage burning incident on PMC Care app- Good Experience

I just want to share a happy incident. I was fed up by garbage burning near a construction site near my home in Bavdhan. Tried to report on NGT By emailing them the photos from my balcony. Got response which was asking me to take a print out and come to their office. Then I saw in Pune group people praising PMC Care app. Started by logging in my complaint on app. The very next day in the morning got a reply. Followed by a call from someone from them asking me exact nature of complaint and exact location. I see this as a positive response and am happy by the action linked with a common citizen raising concerns. There maybe many incidents of evil in our society but it's our individual initiative which helps the society. Thinking that - "Ek aadmi kya kar lega." This can't be an attitude if we want a better society. Cheers to PMC.
