New Year Bash suggestion for couple

What are your recommended NYE bash with decent crowd, food and drinks. I want to avoid KP main road (Hard Rock Cafe side) due to traffic buildup. Also want to avoid Mills road due to cab unavailability while returnig. Looking for recommendations from 10-15 kms of Kharadi. Budget max 6-8k
