Need recommendations for good fabric store and tailor!

Hey girlies, need your help! I’ve a close wedding to attend in a month and I’m planning to make custom saree and sharara set for 2 different occasions. Please recommend good places to buy good, budget friendly fabric and also need a good tailor who can stitch custom made outfits from a picture I show! Lol. 🙈 Few of my friends recommended Camp area and global center but nothing in particular. I really really need some suggestions from your personal experience.
