Need help for MSEB meter replacement complaint

Hi there is some fault in my electricity meter , there is no power at my. I went to power house near my home ( hinjewadi phase 1) . They asked me to pay something online for meter replacement and told me it would take 15 days for meter to get reaplced. Until meter is replaced there would be no power in my home. How can I expedite this process any one has any idea ?
