Need advice
Hi guys, i recently purchased a customised sofa from one of the wakad vendors, after seeing the sofa physically, and testing the quality and everything, yesterday they delivered my sofa. Its not upto the mark or even same quality, the foam seems different, there is no stability when i sit on it, it makes creaking noises, and even the depth of sofa seems more than what i saw in showroom. Its like what i saw and what i was delivered was a totally different product, I am not at all satisfied. Today im going to take the measurements and go to the vendor, he is saying use is for 2-3 days and if you still feel its not same ill exchange it..or something like that, but at this point i want to return the whole thing and not deal with that vendor at all. I feel cheated.. Any advices on how i should approach this? Best case scenario is returning the product and getting all my money back Second best case scenario pick the showroom sofa on display and return this crap back.. TIA3
